Terrible Service at YDE Cresta

Terrible service from Manager of Cresta YDE Branch, Nhlanhla Bomela. He refused to accept a return item. Two items were purchased for me as a gift in December. Both items still have tags, plus the gift voucher. Even though I wanted to only exchange one item and buy 3x new items for cash, the business wise store manager did not want to accept it. After calling the Call Centre which referred me to the Area Manager and the Area Manager agreeing to exchange it, did the store manager only then agree to it. Terrible service and loss in revenue due to store manager not thinking about customer service nor generating revenue for store. Thanks to staff and Area Manager for resolving it.
