Terrible service and treatment

Went to yde Cresta shopping center on the 18/11/23 shopping for a dress, didn't find what I was looking for after fitting few dresses, so I saw jumpsuit check de size and went and pay, mind was tired coming from work so I didn't check lot of things, same with the cashier she didn't check the item if it's still intact to be sold guess we wouldn't as the item is coming from the hanger, so I paid and left, got home put de parcel in a couch and went to sleep, later that day was like let me fit this as I opened it, stain around the front and short with one button, then went on yde on line bought another item as function is on the 25/11, yesterday went to return the item to get refund, the lady and cashier guy had many stories, all I need is my refund, don't want to hear stories dress are fitted by many people and I won't pay for that as they supposed to also check not rushing for sales, love to support local but if this is the treatment no thanks, and I didn't like the comments of the cashier as he portrait themselves as they don't make mistakes and I did all that, why went all the way to purchase another dress on the same day around 19:00, service was terrible
