STATUS NOT UPDATED ON ITC
Hi There, please can someone remove the adverse listing from the credit bureaus. I have just gotten a divorce. my husband is taking my car tonight and the only reason i am being declined for car finance is because YDE has not updated the status of my account with all of the credit bureaus. My account was paid and settled in full. This needs to be rmeoved please so that I can get finance so that I can get to work and my kids to school. Please advise what you require. alternatively i will have to log a complaint with the NCR.

We have reviewed your YDE account and can further verify it was settled in full in November 2015. An instruction was sent to all credit bureaus to update your YDE payment profile to reflect a paid-up status.
As mandated by the National Credit Act (NCA), your YDE payment profile will reflect on your record for 24 months from the date that the outstanding balance on your account was settled.
