Staff very bad attitude, dress just dissapears???
Last Thursday evening my little sister went to the store in Centurion mall. Found exactly the dress she wanted for the Saturdays Valentines Ball. She asked the staff to keep the dress for her till the next day, then she will come and buy it. And it was the last nr in her size as well. The staff just said NO they wont do it!!!!! What??? Since when do stores not do this?? So she had no choice but to leave the dress. Pls note that this was minutes before closing time. So I was there before 9m the next morning to buy the dress for her. But could not find that dress ANYWHERE!!!! I asked the staff whether it was perhaps behind the counter, but the lady was so unfriendly & unhelpful. So rude!!!! Sid NO. Now tell me.....how can the dress be there still minutes before closing time, and then when I was the first person in the shop the next day, it is GONE??? Pls explain that to me!!! We are very disgusted with the service we got from YDE!!!

Whilst we acknowledge your frustration in this regard we can verify that you were correctly informed that sale items cannot be set aside. This being said, we do believe that the matter could have been handled in a different manner by our store.
We have therefore brought your concerns to the attention of the Store Manager to investigate and address.
Our intention with having this process in place is not to cause our customers any inconvenience or upset and we regret that it has been perceived as such, due to your experience.
Despite your sisters disappointment with not being able to obtain the garment we truly hope that she had an enjoyable evening at the ball and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
