SHOE QUALITY AND DISCOMFORT I WANT TO BE RE-IMBURSED MY MONEY.

I bout a shoe for my daughter on 14/08/2026 at the tyger valley branch in my daughter's absence and she did not fit it she wears a size 4 she was only able to wear the shoe for one hour due to the shoe being very uncomfortable when I tried to return the shoe on wednesday at the canal walk store they refused and said the shoe was damaged and not resellable. How can the shoe be damaged when it was only worn for an hour and returned within less than one week so now I am stuck with a shoe worth a R1000 rand that will not be worn the manager who was on duty that evening was very rude. YDE's quality of shoes is very questionable.
