Shocking experience at Yde PE
I was in Yde PE on Sunday the 17th, they have a 150 naked sale, I was shopping with my wife, I wanted to go out to smoke and the security guard wanted to search my bag and I refused, so when I returned they didn't allowed me back in, the manager said its their policy, on days like this all customers personal bags get search, as far as I know they can search you on suspicion, I worked for Truworths for 12 years,I think its shocking that they treat customers like this, then when I phoned their head office they said they don't know about that policy, but I bet I will be allowed back in to pay my acount.

01 Mar 2019, 13:19Thanks for the reply, I'm not satisfied, to blame the security company is not the problem, as I said in my complaint, the store manager spoke to me and agreed with the security guards..and said I must leave the store . I was treated as a *****,and I'm not... I will close my account... abiviously you don't need my business
