SHOCKED BY FAVOURITISM

I have been a Loyal customer with YDE for years now , I previously settled my acc &opened another account within a month because I love their clothes so much.I am a regular at the Tygervalley br w,yesterday I went to the br after I received notification of Yde's 50% sale it was abit confusing looking through the rails as most of the clothes did not have the sale price on the tags therefore I took a couple of items to the front to check the price. One X&O dress caught my eye as I previously bought the same style but different colour.I asked Musa if they had more of the dresses and I got a No response.I walked around in the store before going back to the till point to enquire my credit available to my surprise the dress I have been looking for was laying on the counter I asked who it belonged to and was told they keeping it for a customer .I asked Musa if she can call the cst to find out if she is buying the dress they did not take the cst's name or nr .I was in store wanting to buy the dress cash but was refused,I lft my dets in case the cst did not come back I gt a call frm Musa to say the cst bought the dress.I called Canal walk to confirm that they nt allowed to keep items asid
