My monthly account payment is being rounded up by roughly R7.00 per month. In what world is that justifiable? That means over a 6 month period I will pay an extra R42.00, while that might not seem like a lot of money, this is obviously happening to all account holders at YDE. I called someone about this issue 2 weeks ago and was told I would have someone get back to me, I am still waiting.
