A few weeks ago i bought pants from YDE cresta worth R550.00 or something, i forgot to take them back as they did not suit me.On the 20th August 2016 i went to the Cresta branch to return them, first i was told that the returns policy is 14 days which i understood, what happend next was an eye ball, the lady at the cash desk mentioned that there were stains on the pants which seemed like iron stains , i was more suprised with the fact that i know that i never used the pants except when fitting them at home. The lady then said they would need to be taken to quality assurance for an inspection and knowing the honest person i am i agreed. This morning i got a call that the pants are back and that it is confirmed that it is iron stains. How was that confirmation done ,i need proof of that , and how suprising that the lady at the store already decided that it was iron stains before it was even taken to QA, I want answers and not from a store but from head office
