Return/exchange of dress

Today I tried to exchange a dress which we bought for my daughter on the 2 July(when she visited).She is from George and there is no YDE in George. Only got the dress back yesterday,hence why we took it today.She will not be able to attend the matric fairwell because of her illness.Tried to explain to the cashier and the guy she called to come and assist .They didn't even offer me take something else or give a voucher!!The guy just told me to try and sell on marker place.Also told me they don't exchange after 14 days 😒
