Return refund dress

I bought a dress for my daughter on the 1st December. The dress is very lose on the bum and back. She had to fit the dress obviously!!! She has an event to attend on the 10th I need to get a replacement a have to use my fund now. We got to yde cresta to return the dress and now being to the dress has perfume Saint I can't tell who's Saint they referring to . This is nonesses I need the dress returned and refunded . YdE is costing me money and what am I supposed to do with this dress that doesn't fit my child

We escalated your concerns raised to the relevant Management and were advised that upon your visit to the store, you were correct advised.

Please note that we are unable to override the store's Management decision.
