Return policy

I went to exchange a dress and it was over the 14 days return.I was informed manager does not want to return it.I did not ever receive bad service from them before but what if you did not had time to go there and manager did not even come herself to explain.The 14 days return policy is really ridiculous as all other store have a 30 day policy.I even have the slip and tagg and tagg is on.Yde Canal Walk
