Return of items

Good day Trust you are well, I purchased 5 x items (dresses) at your Tygervalley branch yesterday. All on sale . When I want to return 4 of the items today because they don't fit my daughters as I was not told that I could nor return the items because of the sale . No where in the store was this displayed. I actually told one of the cashiers that I'm taking 2 of the same items but different sizes so that my daughters can see if one of these will fit her, and she still told me it's ok. Today when I returned the same cashier advised that she cant remember that and she obviously can't tell all the customers that.

I was then shown a board on display at the cashier regarding return of sale items. I did not see this yesterday . No where in the store was there any sign of the items on sale that are non-returnable This was not explained to me yesterday The regional manager was contacted and he/she also advised not to refund me.. The cashier advises her about the no sign on display in the store other than the sign by the cashier. I left the 4 items with my receipts at the cashier for a manager to call me. I need my refund by Thursday please. I will also bring back the other item that I bought for over R 500 that actually fit me for a refund as well, as I don't want anything from your store anymore This is the first Retail shop that I bought from that sale items can be refunded.
