Return collection nightmare

I received my delivery on 26 November 2025. I have covid quite bad hence the same d day I requested a courier collection return. I was asked for more information and to confirm I agree with R60 fee on 28 November. I agreed and provided all necessary info the same day. I followed up 2 December why it wasn't collected. I have received no response and no courier has come to collect. All the while I am being charged interest on this item. WHAT IS GOING ON? Order o***
