Refusal to refund

I tried to return sale items, which they refused to refund in accordance with their policy. On my interpretation of section 19 of the CPA, their refusal is ******** in respect of online purchases, as I only got an opportunity to inspect the goods and evaluate whether same are fit for its purpose once it arrived at my door. I contacted them the next day and they are failing to properly consider my allegations, basically just referring me back to their policy. Shocking...
