Refund

In March i bought a pant at yde only to find that the size was small, i had to return the pant for a refund till this day day i have not recieved any money. About two after the pant was collected from me i called and was told that a refund was done on the 14th of march and it should reflect within 10 days i waited for that 10 days and called again but i still did nit get any help I have sent my statements to prove that the money was never in my account. I also went to the bank and they also didnt find any payment from them.order number for the pant is 803002D137. Ive been speaking to Zakiera Mahatey about this matter
