Quality of your garment is DISAPPOINTING
December 10th 2020 I bought a linen olive tie dye jumpsuit, a lose fitting jumpsuit from YDE Clearwater by the way. On the 29th of December 2020 I wore the jumpsuit for the second time and it tore from my buttocks, which meant I was exposed. I brought back the jumpsuit to Clearwater, to be told that it’s not manufacturing’s fault so head office will 90% sure reject it. This Is what the manager Dikeledi said before she logged a query. I tried to show Dikeledi the manager that the jumpsuit is not tight, it is lose fitting and honestly I wouldn’t go out of my way to ruin this garment as I loved it so much. Two/three weeks later, head office says not their fault sorry but we keeping your R800. So much for supporting local brands! For R800 I am expecting better from YDE, I expect the quality I paid for.
After 10 years of loyalty with YDE I am very disappointed on how the quality has just seemed to deteriorate over the years ( I have bought a couple of jumpsuit that seem to shrunk after first wash hence the statement above). Spending R800 on a jumpsuit that I only got to wear once is disappointing and upsetting.
Thank you YDE for making me see the need to close this account and to never visit any of your stores again because clearly you care more about overpricing goods instead of proving us with quality garments!!!
