Poor service

I'm very disappointed from the service I received at YDE Kolonade Mall on 18th April 2021 at 14:30 from two ladies who had no name tags on.I bought a dress at YDE Menlyn Mall on 15th April 2021 and I wanted to return the dress at Kolonade mall YDE the two ladies took forever busy checking the dress,one of them wanted to check the card that I used to purchase the card and asking questions why am I returning the dress.I did not know that one needs to explain themselves why they want to exchange/return an item. They told me to go and exchange the dress at Menlyn mall isn't the same store?I have to travel that far for an exchange/returns.It's not the 1st time exchanging items at YDE I've never experienced this,..but if it was the other color they were not gonna give them any problems..this is the last time I buy from you guys and you have just lost a loyal customer.
