Poor Service

Settled my account and forwarded my proof of payment,the account was settled on the 24th of April via EFt and they still send sms's saying I'm owing them and still adding interests on the account, I've sent proof via email and what'sapp but they do not do anything about it. Service is very poor the money should have cleared in a day or two but with them it take a million years.
