Poor quality clothing

I bought a loose fitting dress at YDE in November, I wore the dress twice and it got torn on several places. I took it back to the store and they said they will take it in for quality check, they called me back to say the claim that its poor quality has been rejected. The quality of the dress is so disappointing for a dress bought for R899 to be worn twice.
