poor customer serviceb
YDE the Glen is having a massive sale ..The store doesn't have a till point for less than 10 items ...customers have packets full of items yet others have two items ..The customer service is very poor. Pick n pay even has a till point for less than 10 items ..This is ridiculous. .

At YDE we make every effort to provide all our valued customers with customer service excellence at all times. For this reason, we referred this matter to the Manager at the relevant store for further investigation.
We were advised that the four till points in the store were all in operation since the store opened on the morning of the sale. Due to the amount of customers at the store on that day, it would have been impractical to allow one of the till points to only service customers with ten or less items.
We would like to apologise to you for the manner in which you felt this matter was handled, as it was not the intention of the staff at the store to cause any unnecessary delays.
