PICK POCKETING

On Sunday 10 May 2015, my daughter was pick pocketed in your shop at Cradlestone Mall. There were about 3 or 4 other customers in the shop so not busy or overcrowded at all. The only person who at any time was close enough to my daughter to pick pocket her was a member of staff who when we tried to speak with him ran away or went into the back and kept on avoiding us. Your security guard was useless, your store manager even more so. There were 2 employees who tried to assist and were genuine in their efforts but as for the rest of your staff, it seemed as if they were trying to protect the staff member whom we suspect. <br> <br> I would want this staff member to be questioned thoroughly & submit to a polygraph test.
