Pathetic service

I am disgusted with your service and I really cannot wait to close this account. I made payment on the 5th of July which should have reflected the next day or by the 7th latest yet you are sending me statement today flagging my account as in arrears.

I have attached the proof of payment. I need you people to rectify this and if I am flagged on the credit bureau I will make sure that I will escalate this to the consumer ombudsman and hellopeter. Make sure you rectify this ASAP .

Stop being petty , is it because I declined to accept your credit increase and now you are flagging me as a bad payer. I paid my account last month on the same date and was not flagged as in arrears.
