Pathetic service

YDE Mall of Africa the service is pathetic.A lady at the shoe section I asked her if I can see the shoes I saw outside on the Manican she said she doesn’t know the shoe and that she’s been told not to move from the shoe section.I then asked the lady on the till she said she’s not sure which shoe and doesn’t think she has the shoe but won’t go check it out on the glass window also kept on being busy and never even looked at me so I left.Really bad Service
