PATHETIC. DISGUSTING.

Bought an item online, at NO point did it advise that I can't return the item. Then had no communication as to when my order was ready for in-store collection. Returned to the Canal Walk store to return the item as it is not what was displayed, package and item smelt like rats and crayons, like it sat in a container forever. Chatted to online staff about receiving the invoice in order to action the refund. At NO point again did anyone say I cannot return the item due to final sale, I didn't even purchase it during the final sale!!

Waste of time, money and effort. A**holes.
