Offered 4000 credit then revoked if you go in 7 days late

I canno tbelieve what happened

I got last minute notification of the naked sale on saturday sunday I went and spent my 2000 credit I believed with my sms and ID I could get an increase as I wanted to buy more dresses,shoes and bags

the helpful staff at canal walk said I should get bank statements - after going to the under end of the mall to two banks and returning I was told that this offer had expired Since when do credit offerings expire? Clearly something is wrong with YDE's credit systems and process and has made me very angry not wanting to shop their again, I was a good customer! Maybe 1 ********** in sales does not mean anything to them, they certainly know how to make the customer feel awkwards/wrong. I was in the mall an extra 30 min and then in store 40-45 min waiting for ANY assistance regarding the credit.
