Not worthit

What I've noticed about yde's clothing is that each season the prices of the clothing go up by a ridiculous amount but yet the clothing hardly changes. The designs are all the same just different colour, and maybe a dress that didn't have sleeves on before now has. The quality of your clothing is terrible for such insane prices. I can get the exact same item at mr price for more than half the price yous charge. I always shop at Yde, every season, and today I probably have about 4 items left. My clothing at yde never lasts. It's really not worthit to pay so much money for clothing of such bad quality. You definetly losing me as a customer. If its not the stiching of my clothing, then its my jewlery (Tessa) of r200+ that's colour is fading or a handle of a bag that's breaking. Seriously, you guys need to do something about this.

Hello Ilhams,

Thank you for raising your concerns with us. We value your input and would like to apologize for the disappointing experiences you have had with quality in YDE.

Quality is a key focus for YDE, who works with around 70 independent, local designers. The products is all designed, manufactured and delivered to our stores by the designer. Our designers perform a variety of quality checks before they send their range to our stores. YDE also does frequent quality checks, and any quality concerns are immediately addressed with the designers.

However, as with anything, there may be an exception where a quality issue exists. To alleviate that you may return any item with a manufacturing fault up to 6 months after the purchase, but you do need your original proof of purchase.

We would appreciate feedback on the quality issues you have had - what the problem was and who the designer is, so we can try and investigate this further. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused as a result of this matter. We look forward to your feedback so that we can address these issues with our designers.

Best regards,
Charmaine
