Not treated fairly

I went to a YDE Menlyn last week Tuesday , saw a nice t-shirt which was on sale took them only to be told by the cashier that they can't help nor over write to the sale price . Then I also called the head office the very same day and I haven't gotten feedback or anything for them. Treating customer fairly doesn't apply nor any consumer rights
