No refund ever paid

I made the following purchases on the following dates:<br> 17 Dec 2014 Yde Sandton City R525<br> 19 Dec 2014 Yde Rosebank R450<br> 27 Dec 2014 Yde Rosebank R3,646<br> <br> On 2 January 2015, I returned items to the value of R525.00. This amount to date has never been paid into my account. This is *****.<br> <br> The lady who assisted me (Puleng) on 2 January kept my slip. When I tried to return a few other items a few days later, she refused to give me my cash back as I did not have the original proof of purchase. I didnt have the proof of purchase as she had kept it and wasnt able to locate it. Instead, she issued me with a credit note to the value of R575.00. <br> <br> I have sent 2 emails to the \customer care department"& followed up with 6 phone calls. I am yet to hear back from them. They are very quick to take your money"
