My money back

I bought 2 Iterms at yde century city last week Friday. I saw the same outfit at bellvell somalian's shop . I went to yde store today the guy was assisting me he gave me attitude and he was interrogating me as if I'm lying, he said he will only give my money only for one Iterm because the other one looks like it was worn I asks him how so because I did not wear it and u can see price tags attached, and he said he is a manager there his name is Lwando I must feel free to go and report wherever i wanna go he won't assist me, I wasted my time and I thought YDE is a good respecting Brand for consumers clearly I was wrong, I still want my money back. As a consumer I know don't even have to do this and I won't give up , how can YDE big brand treat customers like that I want my money back u will never see me in your Stores
