Last size on mannequin walked out empty handed
Where is the customer service beyond the \unfortunately we cannot take the dress off". I stay in the southern suburbs. Do I really have to wait for management to ask their marketing team permission to waste petrol and come all the way back for a dress. This is unbelievable YDE and I would like to know what can be done to fix this. As you not only disappointed one customer but sisters"

Thank you for your post.
In line with our store procedures a customer can purchase a garment worn by the mannequin on display. This being said, a Window Dresser who assembles and dismantles our mannequins is required to remove the garment from the mannequin, to avoid any damage being caused to the garment or the mannequin.
Subsequent to your visit to the store and receipt of your Facebook and Twitter posts the dress was removed from the mannequin. It was found that the dress was damaged and not in a condition to be sold. We contacted two stores who had the dress in stock but regretfully these two dresses were also damaged. The Designer informed us that this dress is out of stock.
We sincerely hope that you will find a suitable garment for your funtion. Should you however, require further assistance in this regard, please feel free to contact us on *** or via email on ***.
