Kaaak service

I cane to the store on Tuesday late afternoon, saw a dress I likes and asked them to keep for me, I was told it would be kept for 2 days and nobody bothered telling me the sale ends on the same day. Called in Wednesday to say ill be coming this morning still was not told anything. I get here now am told to pay full price for the dress on top of that the area manager is soo rude. This is a ****ed up **** service for your regular customers... never ever again will you see me in your stores!!!!! Sies
