Interest charged every month
I have sent numerous emails which gets an automated response but no one ever gets back to me and they don't answer their phones, even though the emails say \Mon to Sun until 21H00". They don't even answer before 5pm.<br> I am being charged interest on my account EVERY month and I don't understand why?<br> AR271536 is the reference from the email. <br> My account num is ***.<br> this account will AGAIN be closed if your service isn't improved."""
