Inconsistent Return Policy

Hi<br> We recently experienced some poor service at your Sandton City branch on Sunday 19th April.<br> Unfortunately we dealt with an employee that was unable to point us in the right direction for an exchange.<br> My Fiance returned a dress which has not been used and we provided all the correct documentation (slips etc).<br> Tebogo ( the unfortunate employee we happened to deal with) indicated that the product was out of season , we indicated all the dresses were still on the shelf and still being sold to the general public.<br> He then changed his reasoning, indicating that he would have to update the financial inventory system which he didn't know how to do, and was therefore unable to process our request. I would assume your employees are competent to do their required job and should not have an issue updating the system with a very simple inventory update. <br> We would like to exchange for another item.<br> Your T&C's in store does not indicate that the items need to be returned within 14 days , it stresses that it 'may' which is also inconsistent with your website and other branding.<br> Given the confusion with your own policies and employees , please advise.
