After purchasing two dresses from YDE Sandton in March and after the cashier decided to put the cash against my account and after a long process and eventually getting back my full refund, YDE decided to also put the refund as a purchase on top of my account. This resulting in my limit being all of the sudden increased. Now tell me how can I exceed my limit???? Meaning that they are currently arrassing me to pay for goods not purchased and threatening me to pay or else...I have spoken to numerous consultants requesting a detailed statement so that I can see what has been purchased but now only after the 4th request I received a statement with no details. I have never skipped one payment and have been a loyal customer. Very irritated, unhappy and annoyed.

Thank you for your post.
According to our records an additional payment was made towards your account on 06 March 2016 which reduced the balance owing on your account. Upon returning one of the items valued at R775, on 19 March, you requested a refund for the additional payment made for this garment; this was done, and resulted in an increase in your account balance. This being said the store omitted to credit the garment from your account and this is unacceptable. We confirm that subsequent to your post the manager of the store has been in contact with you and were able to rectify this error. She has further addressed this matter with the store staff to ensure that this remains an isolated incident.
One of our consultants attempted to contact you to discuss the status of your account you however advised that you were unavailable at the time and will contact the consultant to further discuss your concerns.
Kind regards,
