I want my money back

My account with YDE was closed. The account was overpaid, and I was never notified. I called the call centre last week for a refund, and I was advised to go in-store, so I went to the pavilion, and they were unable to assist with the refund. I was advised to come back during the week. I mean how difficult it is to give my money back.
