I am still the customer, whether I pay the account or not

I paid my Yde account last the end of march then the beginning of April I got retrenched from my job. I notified Yde about that and so it began. The consultants calling me for payments. Now I work in retail, I know it's their job to get payment, but you don't have to be rude to me. Customer service still applies. I finally got a part time job September, and I want to make little payments on the account they didn't thank me for the payment, the scold at me because it wasn't enough and they have been threatening to hand me over to the legal department. worst customer service ever. They make you feel like **** honestly. If I gave the same customer service I would have been fired. YDE has to do something about that due to the fact that I am trying to make payments but zero compassion and no respect to me as I am still a customer.

Hello SimoneD14,

Thank you for your post.

We were concerned to read about the service you received from the collections agency and the way in which you felt the matter was addressed during the calls made to you.

Upon reviewing your account we established that it is currently being handled by an external collections agency, CMS on our behalf. We have therefore brought your concerns to the attention of the relevant management team and can assure you that this matter will be addressed.

We acknowledge that you made a payment on 5 March 2015; however, your account fell into arrears when the installment due by 31 March was not received.

Furthermore, we confirm that a payment arrangement has been noted on your account and we appreciate the payments that you have made thus far.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused to you as a result of this matter as all our external and internal collections agents are mandated to offer the highest levels of customer service excellence.

We look forward to your account being up to date with payment so that you can continue to shop with us.

Yours sincerely,

Chevola
