Horrific customer service.

After 20+years of being a good customer and support to this retail store today I have been totally disgusted and utterly and worstly embarrassed by how you handle business at YDE,I can not return my item /s because I was told it has been worn / used,I told the manager it was fitted on but after my explanation I was told my garments smell like fragrance...yes I do wear cologne and yes ofcoz I need to fit something to see if it is my correct size,my cousin bought a dress and also fitted on but I was told it was used...so are we not allowed to fit anymore? Absolutely disgusted by how you handle business
