Horrible Quality

It was my Bf's birthday so I decided to buy him an outfit from Yde since I have an account with them. The pants was no less than R500 I didn't see anything wrong with it at the time of purchase. My bf was about to try on the pants when he saw a huge hole in the crotch area. I was extremely embarrassed when he showed me the pants. I went back to Yde at Pavilion and I showed the cashier the pants. I explained to her that Yde is considered to be a high end store more so because of their prices. I don't mind forking out for good quality. I would never expect this to happen to a pants that I'm expected to pay more than R500 for. I asked to speak to the manager the cashier didn't call the manager instead she told me that people try on these clothes and put it back on the floor and they don't check it, that's when I explained to her that the stitches and quality of the pants can't be good at all if people try on their clothing and huge holes appear afterwards. I think if an item doesn't fit a person they realise it and remove it before damaging it. The manager only appeared once the cashier needed authorisation to do my exchange. All I got was a lifeless sorry! I will close my acc asap!
