Great Service and Assistance
After contacting all Gauteng Yde branches that stock Khosi Nkosi garments urgently looking for the Nomzamo White Cape Dress, I called the Melrose Arch branch as my last resort. KB took my call and he unfortunately also didn't have my size, but he, unlike the others he checked on the system to see where the dress was available. With no luck, he decided to call Khosi Nkosi directly to see if she would be able to deliver the dress for me before the weekend. KB called me back within 10min to tell me that I can pick up my dress on Wednesday. When Wednesday afternoon came, KB called me to advise that my dress was in store. I picked up my dress today and I am so grateful to KB and Khosi Nkosi fir the excellent service and for going the extra mile to make this customer happy.
