Great service

<p>I found the perfect brides****'s dresses at your Cradlestone branch today. Unfortunetely all my brides****s are in diffirent cities so it was going to be a mission. However, Tumi was very patient in trying to find out what sizes I needed and checked at the various branches if they had in stock. She phoned each branch and set aside the sizes that I needed (two diffirent sizes for each one in case one didn't fit) and also organised for the dresses to be delivered to the branch that didn't have in stock. Even I was confused about what sizes needed to go where at one point but Tumi kept her cool and got it done. Mpho was such a friendly face, helping me to take photos and looking after my belongings while I was trying to sort things out. I feel they really need some kind of thanks! You're the best, ladies!!</p>
