Getting harrassed for paymemt of an account I closed!!!

I opened an account with YDE in 2019. Firstly for some strange reason all the other personal details linked to my account except for my surname, cellphone number and ID number are incorrect. The account is registered under Mukelo Dlamini and the address linked is one in Swaziland if my memory serves me correctly. I never received my card but was allowed to purchase using my ID. I settled and closed the account early this year but am getting HARRASSED weekly by a company called nimble group, which I assume is outsourced by YDE, telling me to pay the account!!! I have told Them countless times i have paid up and closed the account but i still get calls! I spoke to a lady this past Friday named Jenny from this company and asked why it is that they cannot liase with yde/truworths and get the relevant information instead of hadsling me and requiring for me to send countless documents to prove the the account is closed! This is completely uncalled for especially because they are working under the direction of yde!!! I want this fixed! I dont owe yde ANYTHING!!! If closing an account with the group causes such, i would rather not open one ever again!!! Tell these people to stop harrassing me!!
