frustrating and disappointing

i have been waiting for over 6 weeks for a refund on a purchase i made and returned, they have had the items for 4 weeks and only refunded me for 1 item. NEVER AGAIN will i make a purchase online or otherwise from YDE... frustrated and disappointed, i know where i dont want to spend my money in the future
