False advertising
<p>On Thursday the 21 of July i went into YDE sandton and saw bags and cluthches under the FUG( fashion underground) were labelled as all being sold at 25% discount. I picked ia gold cluth and went to purchase and asked the guy(teller ) how much it would be after the 25 percent discount,, only to be told it was not on sale, i then told him to go and check as they was still another cluth purse in the same design left on the bags that were all labelled 25%.He went to chech and told me he need to speak to the manager who did bother to even come out but instead sent the cashier with a message that all those bags were not on sell, they had forgotten to remove the tag and they would not be giving me the cluthch at that price. Its such a convinience as i had made another purchage of a garment based on the fact that it would go with the clutch, which i could afford at the discounted price as advertised.</p>

We have liaised with the relevant Store Manager regarding your concerns. We were informed that the handbag referred to in your post was placed in an incorrect section amongst handbags for a different designer who had been on a less 25% sale. The store is unsure how the handbag was placed in this section however verified the handbag was labeled with the correct price. We believe that the consultant informed you of this on the day.
This being said, we were concerned to read of the manner in which you were assisted on the day. We believe that the manager of the store has contacted you to apologize and has also clarified your concerns in this regard. She will further also address this matter with the Assistant Manager who had been on duty on the day to ensure that our high service standard is always upheld.
We acknowledge your frustration in this regard however trust that we have adequately attended to this matter for you.
