Extremely poor service by Yde

I have ordered an item online on Saturday. I received a message that my order is out for delivery on Monday. I waited for contact from the courier. I received nothing. I checked my call log for the following few days, but no indication that I was contacted. I put in a complaint with customer services on Thursday and the promised my item will be delivered before 5 the same day. During the week I sent 2 online messages to customer care, but no response. I phoned again to complain on Friday and after holding for 20 minutes I was again promised my item will be delivered the same day.I have not received it. I do many online orders and I have never received such poor service. The item is too late now and I have no more use for it. Never buy from them again!
