Extremely poor customer service from the online department personnel

Terrible customer care. Staff are not willing to assist. There was a system error that cancelled my order after payment and Zakiera from Yde online sales has not been helpful even after proof of payment was sent. Its over a month now and i have not been granted my refund.

I warn potential customers of poor business accumen by Yde staff and management.
