Extremely disappointing return and refund experience I ordered a dress, but unfortunately it did not fit as the sizing runs smaller than expected. I immediately requested a collection so that I could receive my refund and order a bigger size. Unfortunately, the collection still has not happened. I needed the refund to purchase the correct size before an important occasion, but the delay has left me unable to order another dress. The occasion is now almost here, and I am left without a dress because I am still waiting for the return to be collected and my refund to be processed. I understand that returns take time, but the lack of urgency and communication has been extremely frustrating. I hope this is resolved soon and that their return process is improved for future customers
