Exchanging of shoes after 27 days, refused by YDE

I am a new account holder from YDE. I've bought a pair of shoes 27 days ago at Clearwarter Mall, I want to exchange it for a different colour, the refuse because I had to do it in 14 days. I spoke to the lady in their Head Office, Poelo Mosokeng who point blank refused. Now I'm forced to buy a different pair of shoes for my graduation!!!

I will close this account and make it my means to encourage EVERY person NOT to have an account with the YDE (Truworths) company. AND PLEASE DONT BOTHER SENDING ME YOUR STORE CARD, CANCEL IT WITH IMMEDIATELY!!!
