Exceptional Service

<p>I used to shop at YDE Menlyn many years ago whilst I lived in Pretoria. I recently relocated back to Pta. Im so happy to be shopping at your Menlyn branch once again. I have always received excellent service from the staff working there. I particularly want to thank your Manager Lourens that is always so helpful and eager to assist. After all these years im so happy to see him still working for you. I needed a dress for a function and he went out of his way to source the dress I needed from one of your designers as none of your other stores had the dress that I was looking for. He kept me updated during the whole process as promised and had my dress delivered in time for me to wear to my function. Lourens is a real star and has through all the years that I have been shopping with YDE given me exceptional service. If only more companies had more friendly, helpful and eager staff like him that's willing to go the extra mile. Thank you for the awesome service YDE.</p>
