DO NOT SHOP A YDE, ITS A ****, THE EXCHANGE POLICY IS ABSOLUTE ******* ANS THE STAFF ISNT HELPFULL!!!

On Friday the 14th of May 2021 I had a birthday celebrations. One of the gifts were a YDE Miss Port dress. The dress still has the price tag on it, never been worn. Went to YDE mall of Africa requesting to exchange for a different item as the dress isn’t my style and they refused. Apparently no receipt no exchange, told the lady that it was bought by a man , couldn’t they offer him a gift receipt? So told me to go back to him and ask him when did he buy it? What the hell? How can you tell one that you don’t like what they got you as a gift??? They even have the item in store, tans of it? YDE is a ****!!! What a **** exchange policy. No store has such a nonsense exchange policy. On top of that the staff is extremely RUDE. Then yall are gonna come back at us and say “support local designers” I’ll never shop at YDE
